Omega’s Life + Wealth Integrator™ provides you with a roadmap to plan for the change, providing you with the opportunity to explore your strengths, run what-if scenarios and have a financial game plan for taking the next step. We begin with building your financial life plan, then create the investment strategy that will support your plan. From there, we help you build and coordinate a team of advisors in areas such as taxes, estate planning, banking and insurance who can help implement your plan. Then, we move into an ongoing rhythm of meetings at least 2x a year to check on your progress, work through obstacles, and continue to develop new goals. Lisa Kirchenbauer has been a part of the financial services profession for 30+ years and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional since 1991.

She founded her firm in 1999, and Omega Wealth Management, LLC became an independent firm in 2004.

Why I work for Omega? Because I own it! But really it’s because I wanted to have the opportunity to provide financial planning advice to my clients in a way that is how I think it should be done.

Since the 10th grade, when I took my first personal finance class, I knew I wanted to be a financial planner.  At Omega I’m able to practice my passion every day.  With our hands-on approach to Financial Life Planning, I have a unique opportunity to get to know our clients’ dreams and goals. People have deep beliefs and views of money, and those beliefs directly affect how they might interact with their wealth. Omega’s holistic and life-planning approach to financial planning align with my personal beliefs of what the financial planning process should look like. The process at Omega allows for a genuine relationship between advisors and clients and provides me an opportunity to serve alongside a committed team that desires to put clients first in all situations.

At Omega I am responsible for the day-to-day operations that helps the firm run successfully. This includes: client communication, moving money, trading, maintaining client accounts, developing investment recommendations, building initial financial plans, and helping prepare appointment meeting materials for the advisory team before client meetings. Additionally, I assist the firm with compliance and technology support.

On a Lighter Note:

Why I work for Omega? I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers and managing money. At an early age, I remember developing budgets for myself, tracking my spending as best I could to make sure I saved enough for something I really wanted to buy. That knack for tracking finances blossomed into a degree in financial planning from Virginia Tech. During my time there, I was able to hone in on those analytical skills and apply them to real-world cases, as well as increase my competence in client communication. At Omega, I’m able to expand on those previous experiences through daily client interactions and money movement, and simultaneously learn new things along the way.

As the Office Manager, I perform the day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly.

I have an Associates degree from Texas Tech University. I have been an administrative professional for over 15 years, supporting executives and working in diverse office environments to help improve internal operations.

Arlingtonian Disclosure:
Arlington Magazine conducted a survey of its readers from Aug. 6, 2018, through Sept. 9, 2018. The survey included 50 categories and asked respondents to name their favorite person, place or entity in the categories. Omega Wealth Management received the most votes in the Best Financial Planner/Adviser category.

Women 2 Watch:
The InvestmentNews Women to Watch each year are selected by a panel of editors and other staff out of a pool of several hundred women who are nominated online for the awards. The panel reviews each woman’s background and experience and reads the required recommendation to focus on women who have been successful in their financial advice-related careers and have helped others, especially women, advance professionally and/or personally.

Washingtonian:
The Top Financial Advisers listed in the December 2019 issue of Washingtonian were chosen by a vote of their peers. The magazine sent hundreds of surveys to those in the financial industry in the Washington area, asking them to name the financial advisers, other than themselves, that they would trust with their own money. Washingtonian editors also did their own research. The advisers who received the most recommendations made the list.
